Stimulating innovation and assisting students who are project leaders is a strategic commitment of Rennes School of Business. Each student can achieve their ambitions and experience a multidimensional and personalised journey to express their creative potential and develop their entrepreneurial spirit.

At Rennes School of Business, being “Unframed” means thinking and undertaking differently. To reveal and support this desire to undertake, we have developed adapted pedagogical tools that foster innovation through a dedicated entrepreneurship system with the Innostart incubator created in 2014 (located on the Rennes Campus, building 2, garden level)

Rennes School of Business is ranked number 1 (L’Étudiant 2023) for its share of graduates who create businesses.

With Innostart, we do everything possible to create favorable conditions for the success of project leaders, students, and Alumni. By joining Innostart, they can benefit from personalised support, the assistance and skills of a network of experts.

Do you have an innovative idea and want to create your own business? Then apply to Innostart to bring your project to life!

Open Innostart

• This programme is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to freely participate in workshops and events. They also benefit from monthly meetings with our team, access to mentors, and the Innostart platform.

100 Days to Start

• Whether you already have an idea or not, this intensive programme will allow you to access personalised workshops, specific mentors, bi-monthly follow-ups, and a coworking space (in addition to all Innostart events). You will also be in contact with other entrepreneurs and the startup ecosystem. You can renew your enrollment in this programme multiple times.

Scale-up

• A tailor-made programme for entrepreneurs who have already launched their business but wish to accelerate their development. It can be carried out in a long format (6 to 12 months renewable, in-person in Rennes or Paris) or in short formats (3 to 10 sessions to improve a specific aspect of your business).

Innostart develops partnerships with professionals in the world of innovation as well as regional incubators, such as Station B, all driven by the desire to help our startups grow!

Team spirit

Coaching

Benefit from personalised support and regular coaching that will structure your ideas and help you launch your new business! Depending on your requirements, you will be guided through topics such as defining customer needs and segmentation, exploring the market, understanding value chains and proposals, making action plans, prototyping, pitching, and more.

• Valentin HENRY: Entrepreneurship Manager – Alumni of the school (Class of ’22), who created his first company during his studies at Rennes SB. Since 2021, he has been supporting entrepreneurs from the initial project development to fundraising.
• Paul GALLE: Entrepreneurship Support Officer. He brings his entrepreneurial experience to your service to listen to your needs and help you in your development.
• A twenty expert speakers provide coaching throughout the year for idea bearers.
