MANAGERS TEAM
ADMISSIBLES TEAM Manager

Rennes School of Business recruits French-speaking IBPM (Bachelor) and PGE students during oral exams. Between April and July, the school is hosts over 4000 students. To welcome the candidates, you will be required to communicate with them and organise their arrival, the school relies on the support of an “admissible team” composed of students from the school. The France admissions service is looking for 1 manager able to conduct the project in relation with the Head of Development department.
The manager will be in charge of :
- Creating a team spirit with fellow recruited students in order to welcome potential the candidates.
- Creating an identity and an original concept for this 2021 recruitment.
- Following the projects of the different coordinators and managing the different teams (3 teams) before oral exams.
- Managing the Admissibles process during the oral exams.
The school is looking for solution-oriented managers. To join the development team you must have at least one experience in sales, communication or management where you had to be creative and adaptable. You want to manage a team and you are willing to get involved in your school processes.

CAMPUS TOUR Coordinator

Rennes School of Business recruits French-speaking IBPM (Bachelor) and PGE students during oral exams. Between April and July, the school is hosts over 4000 students. To welcome the candidates, you will be required to communicate with them and organise their arrival, the school relies on the support of an “admissible team” composed of students from the school. The France admission service is looking for 1 coordinator able to conduct the project in relation with the head of development.
The coordinator will be in charge of a team (10 to 20 students). They will have to :
- Follow the recruitment of their teams.
- Create a team spirit with their fellow recuited students in order to welcome potential candidates.
- Create and control the processes related to their service: escort students to the school/signage/welcome desk/activities/accommodation and catering.
- Manage the admissibles process during the oral exams.
The school is looking for solution-oriented studentsthat are creative and adaptable. The coordinators must show that they are willing to represent the school in their operational management.

SOCIAL MEDIA Coordinator

The France admissions service is looking for 1 webmaster able to conduct the digital communication of the event.
The Communications manager will be in charge of :
- Creating a visual identity for the 2021 session.
- Updating the “admissibles“ website andcontent.
- Organising the editorial calendar and its diffusion in relation with the school branding service.
- Managing the different social media platforms.
The school is looking for an autonomous and solution-oriented student from a digital marketing programme. You are willing to represent your school and work in full cooperation with the admissions and branding services.

CUSTOMER SERVICE Coordinator

The France admissions service is looking for 1 customer service responsible able to manage the call center and the candidate services during the event:
The customer service coordinator will be in charge of :
- Recruiting and training his or her team.
- Building adapted tools in relation with the admissions team to respond to candidate questions.
- To ensure perfect communication with the Digital Academy (Communication) and other parts of the organisation.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates and answering or dispatching the questions with precise information.
- Reporting to the other services in order to continuously improve the process.
The school is looking for an autonomous, client care and solution-oriented student. You are willing to represent your school and work in full cooperation with the admissions and branding services.
